Kumquart Estate represents the culmination of our desires and was created during the financial crisis in Greece, when things did not go well. Our primary idea was the establishment of this new place, in order to create a new starting point in our lives. Integrating elements from the Mediterranean way of life (countryside, eco-friendly way of life, based on current conditions, community life) into the way that Kumquart Estate operates, we aimed to create this kind of accommodation, enriched with authentic, based on real-life experience, acquired over centuries, with much adherence to the best that the land produces.
Kumquart Estate aspires to emphasize the uniqueness to some aspects of everyday life, like eating the fresh fruit straight from the tree and the power of water when it quenches thirst after a tiring day in the field. Moreover, it strives to feature the beauty of cooking and eating with friends or relatives and emphasize not to miss the details like the smell of a breeze, the sounds of birds singing while relaxing, the wonderful feeling while walking barefoot, the pleasure for the first autumn rain.
What a wonderful place. We went on holiday with 15 persons and one little baby. When we arrived they warmly welcomed us with a gift basket. The outdoor kitchen became our meeting place for dinners (you can request a chef for dinner), made our own pizza’s with the professional oven, had several volleyball games and an outdoors movie night. The owners made sure we had everything we needed from daily breakfast and cleaning service to transfer to the airport. We had a blast! Thank you so much for everything.
I stayed at kumquart as part of a yoga retreat and it was perfect in every way. The accommodation is second to none and the surrounding area is calm and relaxing Alexandra was the best host she is very knowledgeable about the local area and the food was spectacular. It’s not far to walk to the local beach which is beautiful. I would recommend this stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Kumquart. Very friendly and helpful host. Very nice and calming setting. The house was clean and there were airconditionings in the livingroom and two bedrooms. The apartment was cleaned every day by a sweet lady.
Top guesthouse with a discreet touch of luxury blended with nature elements. Hidden amongst Corfu’s virgin green, lost in nature’s sounds and earth smells. Fully equipped rooms, private swimming pool and happy smiles from the owners. The best way to start and finish your holidays! A certain repeater!
Beautiful apartment complex with lots of space and areas to relax – nice and clean pool. Modern and well equipped appartments. Super friendly hosts and staff. We really enjoyed our stay!!
I had a magical stay at Kumquart recently as part of a yoga retreat. I stayed in the Mandarin apartment which was extremely comfortable and peaceful with beautiful views. I loved the open dining area and the pool is gorgeous! I took advantage of the bikes available on several days to cycle to St George beach along the peaceful lanes and fields to enjoy the beautiful beach, boat trips to neighbouring islands, the tavernas and shops. Alexandra, Mike, Nicos and the team could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We were lucky enough to have Mike’s wonderful vegetarian and vegan cooking and Alexandra’s explanations and tours of the local area and it’s history as part of our experience. Thank you all for a unforgettable, fun and relaxing holiday. I hope to be back soon!

A hidden gem. Superb mini suites on a Discreet location with the surrounding nature to set the tone on relaxation mode. The hosts are Super friendly and ready to help you with everything. The rooms are very well equipped and with a positive relaxing energy. Overall a excellent experience. Highly recommended
